Coaching: Helping you move forward in who you are, and how you’ve been called.

I am a coach with a social-impact emphasis. After 30+ combined years of nonprofit executive directorship, congregational leadership, and collegiate ministry, it is now my joy and privilege to come alongside others doing likewise. Being trained in the principles and ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation, I help individuals clarify or perhaps discover who they are and where they’re headed, by asking good questions and actively listening.

The coaching process involves peeling back the layers that obscure or distort one’s vision. For many, life can become complex and encumbered by competing agendas. The big picture gets lost amid myriad details and distractions. There are real obstacles - both internal and external - that need hurdling. Whatever the case may be, helping you clarify and reclaim your sense of call, overcome the challenges you face, and chart a path forward is what coaches do.   Whether for a few sessions, a few months, or longer, I welcome the honor and privilege of being your coach.
